Data Deletion Instructions

01Overview

Synthesis Intelligence, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Synthesis platform ("Service"). This page explains how to request deletion of the data we have collected about you or your business, including any data we accessed from connected platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and Meta (Facebook) Ads.

02What This Covers

When you connect a data source to Synthesis, we access and store business data to provide the Service. This includes:

• Amazon Selling Partner data — orders, financials, FBA inventory, Brand Analytics reports retrieved via the SP-API
• Shopify data — orders, customers, products retrieved via the Admin API
• Meta Ads data — advertising performance and ad creative metrics retrieved via the Meta Marketing API using the ads_read permission
• Google Ads data — campaign and keyword performance (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, conversion value) retrieved read-only via the Google Ads API using the adwords scope
• Account information — email, name, organization name
• Usage data — queries, session data, feature usage

03How to Disconnect a Data Source

You can revoke Synthesis's access to a connected platform at any time:

• In Synthesis. Open Settings → Data Connections and disconnect the source. New data stops syncing immediately.
• In Amazon. Visit your Seller Central authorization page and revoke Synthesis's access.
• In Shopify. Visit your store admin → Apps and uninstall Synthesis.
• In Meta. Go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations and remove "SI Data Sync." This revokes our access token.
• In Google. Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions, select Synthesis, and choose Remove access. This revokes our Google Ads API access immediately.

Disconnecting stops future data collection; to also delete data already stored, submit a deletion request below.

04How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of the data we hold about you or your business, do one of the following:

1. Email privacy@synthesisintelligence.ai from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
2. Include your organization or brand name and, if applicable, the connected account ID(s) you want removed.

05What Happens Next

• We confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days.
• We delete the associated data — including stored Amazon, Shopify, and Meta data; business analytics; application data; and any stored access tokens — within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax recordkeeping up to 7 years).
• We notify you by email once deletion is complete.
